Somali courts, built in
Regions, courts, judiciary types and police stations are part of the system, not something you type into a free-text box and hope to spell the same way twice.
Why Xaqdoon
Most practice software was designed for another country and another court system, then translated. Xaqdoon started from how a firm in Mogadishu, Hargeysa or Garowe actually works.
Regions, courts, judiciary types and police stations are part of the system, not something you type into a free-text box and hope to spell the same way twice.
Every screen, every email and the client portal read in the language the person prefers. Switch with one click; the record underneath does not change.
Your firm has its own address, its own sign-in and its own records, fenced off at the database itself. Another firm on Xaqdoon cannot see you exist.
Compared
A generic CRM adapted for lawyers, or spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group. Both work until the day something is missed.

Principles
It sits under your firm's own prefix, can be backed up whenever you like, and restored by you. Leaving takes your records with you.
Every action is written to the audit trail with who, what and when. A partner can always answer "who opened this file?"
A query from one firm cannot read another firm's rows - the database refuses it, not just the application.
The pages a lawyer opens most are light on purpose. Xaqdoon is built for a 3G connection in a courthouse corridor, not for a fibre line.
Who it is for
One person, many files. Xaqdoon keeps hearings, deadlines and money from slipping while you are in court.
Two to ten people sharing files. Everyone sees the same matter, the same calendar and the same balance.
Partners, associates, paralegals and accountants with different roles. Permissions decide who reaches what.
Register your firm, open one matter, and see whether it fits the way you work.
